Pretty easy to do. Assuming you will be doing new brake pads as well...

remove wheel, remove caliper, remove rotor, put new rotor, install caliper w/ pads, and put wheel back on.

howto-change-m35-m45-y50-brakes-front-a ... 71286.html Should help you get what you need done.

Thanks rednelb, I should have been more specific, I'm looking for suggestions on what brand/where to buy them. I've seen some on ebay very cheap but need some advice, don't want to buy/install cheap stuff on my beloved M.

I like Centric Premium rotors.
They are priced right, well finished and nicely packaged. Their brake pads (Posi- Quiet) are good also!
All the usual places carry them, but shopping by the part #'s needed can get you good deals on the internet!

1. Oem from Infiniti or Nissan
2. Auto parts store - Autozone, OReilly's, Advanced Auto Parts etc
3. Brakemotive Kit from ebay. I believe Ilya mentioned it within that HowTo that Rednelb linked.
4. Rockauto - I believe is how I stumbled upon Centric rotors for my other car.
5. As Steve mentioned, I found the Centric part number and Googled around then found them rather cheaply on Amazon.
