Hi, everyone. I'm new to the forums and am hoping to get a little input. My tire pressure indicator light is flashing and then staying on while my tire pressure is as it's supposed to be. A little research told me it was likely something to do with a TPMS sensor. I also think I saw that there was a service bulletin about it. I went to the dealership today and the guy in the service department didn't seem all that interested in my issue. He told me that since my 2007 SE-R was as old as it is, it's likely a battery in one of the sensors and that they would have to be replaced. I asked for a ballpark of how much that would be and he told me it would be a couple hundred dollars or so to replace the sensor. That doesn't sound right to me. Now I know the tire would have to be taken off to do this, so there's some labor involved, but that seems steep. What do you folks think, is he trying to hose me, or is that about right? Certainly for that much, I'll just put up with the light.
