Ok, so I found a set of wheels I like. They are 20x9, but im not sure which offset. +20, or +10? And the bore is 108mm. Is that ok? What tire size is recommended for a 20x9?
They are Enkei TS-P1

Most of the 18x9 wheels on the tirerack.com have either a 10 or 12mm offset. Some label the offset with a "+" and some with a "-".
The wheels with the negative offset push out a bit and the positive ones tuck a bit more.
Tire size...I have no clue, but there are a few here that have 20s, so hit their threads up and see what size they got.

I think im mostly concerned about the hubs fitting. I'm not sure they will with these wheels, but then again i could be wrong.

108 mm = 4.25 " hub bore yes the hub will fit

I had 20"s before, they were 275/45R/R20. I had the Eagle GT II's, the same tire you would find in the Harley Davidson F trucks. The 2nd photos is that tire size, you should not get any rub in that size.
As far as offsets, I havea 22" now... I think my offset is a 17 but I cannot find the email when I asked before buying them?
This photo shows what a 17 offset looks like... it does NOT stick out which looks goonballish and early 90's.
