20" tire size

Ok going with MSR 93s 20x8.5s and 20x10s what size tires do I need? Im thinking 255/35s for the front and 275/35 for the rear. Or should I go with 245/40s for the front?

245/40/20 and 275/35/20 seem to be the closest match in overall diameter.

245/40/20= 27.71" overall diameter

275/35/20= 27.57" overall diameter

the 255/35/20= 27.02" ODthe 255/40/20= 28.03" OD

The first two sizes are the only closest match that I could find.

assuming the offsets are fine and the wheels fit.

245/35 fronts275/30 rears

that is the "standard" for 20 and the stagger set up. Most shops would recomend this set up.

Wouldn't that depend on how low the drop is??I mean the profile sizing. (35 or 30)

My understanding is that the sizing is more to be in line with OEM specs/diameter and not on the drop of the car.

Im told by Discount Tire Direct to go 245/35 front and 275/30 for the rear.
