I would say powder coat them something close to the stock color and use Plastidip after if you want to change the color. If you decide to sell them in the future just peel off the Plastidip and you're good to go.

I think I'll be doing a charcoal color for the wheels just not sure if I should do a gloss sheen or a flat.

To many damn choices.

I don't recommend plastic dip. I had mine done by one of the professional installers listed on their website. I waited the amount of days the installer told me to wait before washing. I ensured that the power washer was not used on the wheels. The stuff began peeling after only a week on one tire. Although the other 3 were fine, the installer recommended I remove it from all and go another route. I decided to do that rather than babying the tires and being on the constant look-out for peeling.

He recommended plastidip to change the color but get the powder coat to a "normal" color.

I wouldn't go wild just thinking of a shade or two darker.

By the way these wheels will be up for sale after they are redone.

I haven't come up with a number yet
Dark_Knight,

The plan is to box the up upon completion and get them sold.

I don't have a clue on how much shipping will be.

IM me and I'll give you my cell so we can discuss.

Thanks
Andy
