im thinking of purchasing a g37 in a few weeks and i was wondering if 22's will fit cause im pretty sure 20's will, thanks

You might want to call Tire Rack and see if they know. You might also look in the G35 forums for suggestions.

The ride with 19's is a lot harsher than with 18's. 22's could be unbearable. Think 20's.

With the way the engine is dialed you could actually ruin the transmission with 22's, 20's probably wont hurt bc the car already rolls 19's. 22's add so much rotating weight...you dont get alot of your torque at low rpms like many cars that have big rims on them, so its not the best idea to put big heavy wheels on a car that would probably prefer lighter wheels than the ones that come stock. All performance out the window...extra stress on the engine...really really low gas mileage, i just dont see the upside.

when you do... let me know. I am looking for stock 18" wheels as a spare set.
