Just a quick question-My Versa has 30K today after going through car wash i put my car in park to dry it and noticed a ticking sound under the hood the AC was also on.. The last time i went into the car wash My crash sensors went off from the brushes in the wash--I shut the car off restarted it and crash sensor lights went off--My question is would the ticking sound be coming from one of the sensors or relays connected to those sensors! Maybe they got wet? The enging is always 100% Quiet! Actually sounded like an injector tick or a Lifter noise! Thanks for any help!

Just started my car in the garage and what i find is when the AC is off the engine is quiet however when i turn the AC on the injectors get louder!! The noise goes away afet say 5 mins!

If it's on cold start then the engine is running "open loop" (all 4 injectors firing together) and the ECM will bump up the engine speed when the compressor runs. That will make the already-loud injectors a bit louder. Once the car warms up and the loop closes, the injectors fire individually and quiet down. Perfectly normal.

That's great. I'm glad you like it. My 2019 gets great mileage as well.
