20 inch rim fitting question with Eibach kit

I have a 2008 Black Altima 2.5S Sedan

anyone running 20's with 245/30/R20 tire size?

I see some owners with 225/35/20 tire size but I read that 30-series tires for 20 inch rims actually have the least affect on the speedometer output.

...Also does anyone have any rubbing issues with 20's with an Eibach pro kit on stock shocks/struts....I am concerned that I will have rubbing with a carload of people

You can run 245/45 and you still wont rub. So your good
