+20 HP mod on ebay...does it work?

Has anyone ever tried one of these mods on ebay that claim to give you +20 horsepower http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...9973. This guy has good feedback but it seems like a big scan to me. Let me know if you have info on this.

spend 30 extra seconds and read the feedback, if you werent already instantly convinced it was a scam:

"punctured letter with 25cents 4700 ohms resistor in it WOW "

and

"The item is BOGUS! I even had a mechanic properly install the MOD chip & no go!"

ebay is the last place to look to find modifications for your J30.
