I was doing so research on how to replace water pump on you tube and fsm. The only real concern or question I have is it says to turn the crankshaft 20 degrees counter clockwise to loosen the timing belt. What is the simpliest way to know what is a 20 degree turn of the wrench. Is has to be exact I assume.

Here's a pic of a degree wheel. http://www.texample.net/tikz/examples/degree-wheel/

30 degrees counterclockwise would be 11:00, so 11:15 (roughly) if you imagine a clock face.

It's going to be a rough estimation, but the real issue is simply rotating enough to create slack in the belt.
