agreed. it's usually people with older cars who don't care bout the condition of their car that hit others people's cars

couple months after i got mine, an old guy in a mini van rear ended me at a red light. he musta been not paying attention and hit me. shook the car, but it wan't too bad. I got out but didn't see any damage, cept a few scratches since it was dark out. so I let him go because his wife looked like she was going to have a panic attack.turned out the dmg was more then just scratches

i know exactly where you're coming from. about 3 1/2 weeks after i got my altima some dude scratched my entire rear driver's side door. funny thing is that i was walking up to my car, which was basically the only one in the entire freaking parking lot. this guy tried to make a 3 point turn instead of just driving around my PARKED CAR! 120 dollars it took to fix the scratch.

Darn, that sucks. I hope a bodyshop can restore it to pristine condition...

Also gotta watch out for all those inconsiderate inane headed bucholic sheep-biting footlickers who slam their doors open right into yours.

Same thing happened to me - 2 weeks after I got my car - had a wedding out in Queens and got the car valet (even though i refuse to - but wifey forced me to) and when I come back, my bumper has a deep scratch in the bumper from a license plate screw.
