Hey, I was just browsing on craigslist and i looked at this. Its a obd II with cipher software. Has anyone used this, and is it legit?

I am not going to tell you its dangerous to the engine, but I think the HP ratings are highly overstated. The only practical application for timing adjustment is if there is a pinging or knocking noise. It may add some power but the factory spec is 15*BTDC for a reason.

Go look for some 18s and some rubber or some suspension mods. You've got PLENTY of power.

Awesome Korean BBQ in OC....

Go to Red Hill Ave just east of the 5 in Tustin. called Seoul Gardens or something like that.

You should try that out. Its all you can eat...like $19 each. But its amazing. Having lived in Korean and fluent in the language I can tell you this is a great place.
