Find a FMS for your car, it says how to replace camshafts in it. Consult this thread about aligning the exhaust cam on the intake side:zerothread?id=62997

And MSD has manuals in PDF for for all their products on their website. Here ya go: http://www.msdignition.com/sci_6.htm

thanks, but the service manual from msd wasnt clear enough, the closest example i could find was the honda engine, is there ANYBODY out there who has the MSD ignition box in theirr ka24de??

also, thanks for the thread, very clear on the timing, but doesnt mention if the 2 exhaust camshaft just pop into place (paritcularly the intake side) or if mods are needed

They should just pop into place. Then rotate the intake cam 3 teeth or whatever.

As for the MSD, I have a 6a on my motor. Which part of the install is giving you trouble?
