That depends on how much money you try to send. $2 wouldn't be a problem but you'd have lots of explaining to do if you tried to mail something like $10k cash....

and two, the money is for a pic of a nude hotty or the car, so for 10k, ill send a pic of a nudy on my car : ), its a normal business transaction : )

You're right, it wouldn't be considered mail fraud but I'm sure the DEA and FBI would want to have a little talk with you and I just don't think that paying $10k for a pic or a nude chick on a car is gonna be a good enough cover story
