DOes anyone know if the Power FC has a 2-Step feature built in, or do I need an external box?

The Pro version did. The datalogit has a function for anti-lag but isn't reliable.

what are your tires specs? im having mine set up today on my AEM since i dont have a laptop. looks really easy to do on the ems. but my biggest concern is traction. im looking at getting new wheels/tires this winter so that i can use it an hook. right now, 1st gear is a lost cause from a 20mph roll even. although i am the dunce that has 225's on the rear. lol.

Could you elaborate on this a little bit? Why was it not reliable? Did it not hold the RPM settings or disengage?

What inputs and output wiring connections do these things need? I'm a newb to the 2-step systems.

i think the bee-r ones only need 12v, gnd, and CAS 180, CAS 0 deg. but those are ignition cut only, no timing retard. i'm not sure how the fancier ones with timing retard are wired.

I too never heard of the launch interface unit. If im not mistaking I think MSD has some sort of 2-step launch control box. I wonder if this interface build boost will staging??

Where can you get that unit at so I can research.??

The gizzmo unit looks so simple to install. The one question I have is, do you have to buy the "tach recall shift light" to get it to work or can you install the launch control separately from that.

It's isn't the same as the two step. It basic function was to spool the turbo while out of gear. It did not limit rpm. The PFC yahoo group had more info, it's been a while since I sold mine.
