How do you get BHP, and where does it relate to rwhp?

Also what does BPU mean?

BHP is Brake Horsepower, its equivalent to flywheel horsepower. Its usually 13-25% larger than rwhp. : )

BPU means Basic Performance Upgrades, they're the standard beginning upgrades for that car. You can also have things like BPU+ and BPU++ which are the higher level "standard" upgrades, and then you can move into APU, Advanced Performance Upgrades which is where your car is a power house and usually for track use only. : )
