1. what is the best oil for a 95 240sx se with 80k miles?2. what is the best spark plug ignition wire set up fir the same car??

Depends on where you live (temperature range)? If you know someone with a Factory Service Manual (FSM) then just look it up.

i live in bay area cali and i cant find a service manual yet hhehehhow about nology arent they the "best"

IMO, Unless you are pushing a lot of HP, and have some kind of upgraded ignition system, Nology is just overkill,

For what i know there are 7mm, 8.5 and 10 mm wires in the market (either being NGK, BOSCH, MAGNECORE),

Sure the fatter the wire the better but 8.5 is the best for "not so wild" applications

And do you know the difference between racing 10mm wires and 8.5 wires? The silicone or whatever it is, not the actual wire, but the heatshield.

I will go for a stock car with NGK or BOSCH 7 mm wires, and for "performance" in mind with 8.5 magnecore wires.

The NGK's are 8mm I believe. Not that is makes a damn difference anyway.
