2 Questions, scar on cam and rust on spark plug tips?

S14 SR20det, walbro pumpI had a noise coming from the engine. I pulled the valve cover and the cam locks.On the exhaust side this is what I found. And the CAMOh yeah and Is that rust or am I just tripping. On the spark plugs

Can the cam journal be saved?Should I not run the car?What the hell is up with my plugs?

your head is most likely trashed..i had that problem and had to find another head.. cost 500 for a bare head.... your plugs look like you have a improper air fuel mixture

The cam journal is pretty well trashed.

As far as the spark plugs go, it could be that you're running really lean. I've also seen small amounts of water mixed in do a similar job on the plugs.
