OK heres the deal, I've got speakers, lights and strut bars all comming in this week for my 91 fastback. For the strut bars, the front one is fine, but how do I install the rear one? Or a more appropriate question would be- can I install it without tearing apart the whole trunk? Thens theres the speakers, the rears are no problem, but to put the fronts in I have to take the doors apart. How do I do that? I've got a freakin 91 240sx factory service manual and it doesn't tell me how to take the doors apart. Maybe thats because only an idiot wouldn't know how, but so what if I'm an idiot, I need to know:D

Thanx for listening and please help.

Invest in a door panel remover. $10 roughly. take your time and remove the screws first. There are a couple of screws on your door. Then take the door panel remover and stick it between the door and door panel, and POP off comes the door.

as for the rear strut bar, you dont have to remove anything but the deck inthe back hatch. I layed down the back seat to get to the strut bolts, but you probably don't need to. Just a bit of advice, if your car is older you are either gonna need really big muscles or air tools to get the strut nuts off, and make sure you tighten them to the proper tourque when repacing them. you should be able to find this in the FSM good luck!!!!
