2 questions about useless parts.

heres the pic, it was mounted on the black bracket blow the PS reservoir

also the line (fat line, not a skinny vacuum) on the intake filter goes to a black box (this is pre-swap), what was that?

Uhh the the thing below the PS resivior is either the AIV box or the Igniter/Boost Controll Solenoid/??? Bracket. You need the Igniter. Everything else mentioned abov is trash.

Also that big fat line to the intake. If you are talking about the one that has a T into the valve cover what i did was keep the hose that runs from the black box in the back of the motor (Catch can) to the T in the cover. Then on the branch of the T that faces the front of the car i put a breather filter on there. It works great.

I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. I don't see anything below the PS reservoir, and what fat line on the intake filter? I don't even see a filter there.
