2 questions, A/C and inspection

Alright so I've got 2 questions

1. How do I remove the a/c lines when I pull my ka out??

2. What do you guys do for inspection? My ka is not going to pass inspection as it is right now. Idles/runs like crap, massive exhaust leaks, cracked front windshield.

I don't know if I should do the swap before I get inspected or after. Because I guess I'm going to have to pay a shop to do it for both anyway.
