Alright so here are the two discoveries I have made regarding the weird buzzing noise and the reason my steering wheel is so shaky on my Z right now.. first and foremost the buzzing noise is my fuel pump dying out on me. So I need a new fuel pump what's a good fuel pump for the Z? Second, I know that if I fix the tie rod that I'll finally be able to fix my alignment. So that's the situation guys. Any advice on the fuel pump to go with?

OEM

Here is an article on flow analysis of various pumps. You can get a Walbro GSS315 or 341 that "tests" to pump better than Nissan OEM. I have used the Walbro 255 in my son's Supra and it has been running well for 7 yrs. So, you make the call. If you can get one that bolts up properly and doesn't require a ton of modification, then maybe. But, if not, go OEM.

Walbro is cheaper than OEM new and works fine but if you dont mind spending the money go OEM.
