2 problems and a question about code alarm ca6552 ( 91 q45a)

i have 2 problems

Problem 1 my cruise control was working and i went on vacation and I let my grandfather drive it while i was gone and i came back it wasnt working anymore. i changed the relay and looked for fuses but couldnt find any. only thing he said happened was the battery went dead one time. when i push the button the green light doesnt even come on is there soemthing i over looked???

Problem 2 my brake warning light comes on in the morning but later in the day it stops glowing. But some days when its raining and i drive through the water it comes on and off. Is it time to change the e brakes or is it a sensor going bad.

Question im thinking about putting a code alarm ca6552 alarm/remote start on this 1991 q45a. I will have best buy install it for about 200 does anyone have any info on this unit or the code alarm brand??????

Check your battery and alternator under load first.

Not too fond of Code Alarm, nor the minimum wage pit monkeys that install at Best Buy. Prepare for butchery of the harness and future troubles.

alright thank you i fixed the brake light it was just low on brake fluid so thats taken care of but the cruise is still not working and im hearing mixed reviews about code alarm im not getting the starter kill on so even if it does mess up i can still start my car
