2 peice driveshaft

Car: 91 240sx with a s13 black top sr20det

i have the 2 peice drive shaft on my 91 240sx and when i did my conversion to the sr20det, where the spline goes into the transmission it sticks out a lil bit you can see like 3/4 of and inch of the spline right where it goes into the transmission can some 1 help me with this

you should fine. it's some slack room. typically the black dust cover would hide that
