2 Parter...Log On Probs & 92 Q45 Paints?

NICO won't accept my old log on password for my old account 'RRack' for some reason. I've tried everything. I got high speed internet along with a new email address. Therefore, to change my accout information, it sends to that old email which I don't have anymore. Any help to get me back on my RRack account?

Ok. The real reason I'm back. Just a quick question about my Q. It's primary color is Ivory Quartz KH1 while the lower half is sort of a goldish brown. The plate on the firewall only shows the KH1 code not the other color. I need to get some touch up paint and can't find the code. Anyone possibly know what it is? I'm not very excited to ask the dealer here.

Thanks. It's great to be back. Things have been a lil crazy round these parts. Have a 7 month old son now and don't really have the spare time I used to. Yeah, I ended up sort of giving up with that shop that tried to kill my Q. It ended far too stressful and costing too much to fight them. My quest now it to spread the word that they suck. Anyway, T3 set me up with an awesome deal on a great motor! She is running stronger than ever. However, I'm hearing some hints of getting something larger to fit the car seat and other baby gear. Actually, that may not be such a terrible deal. Maybe an FX? I'm due for a new car. Anyway, for now, I really wanna touch up some boo boos on the Q. I've contacted paintscratch.com but they don't know the color either. I think that's the place that I'll more than likely buy the paint. Unless I can find a better deal elsewhere for tri-coat aerosols.

You'll have to contact the dealer with the paint code and your VIN number. They'll be able to assist you from there.

* If I remember correctly, the paint code is for the entire exterior, you just have to tell them you need the trim section, not the body.

I checked with my local dealer, and with Scottsdale with no luck on a touch-up for the trim color. I ended up taking the licence tag holder to a parts store and matching it up with the can color. Hopefully that'll get it done. You might call Joe just in case - I think the last time I checked it was back in the TJ days.
