Woman speeds through stop sign and totals my car. Speeding driver hits, runs over, and leaves my friend's 6 year old son for dead. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. Both incidents are approximately 6 hours apart. What makes me even angrier is that both incidents involved people driving recklessly. I mean, at this point, is it wrong to feel that some people aren't even worthy of the air they breath?

Sorry to hear the news. :( Reckless driving on city streets, or wherever an accident due to the recklessness can hurt innocent bystanders, is totally unacceptable.

I'm really upset about the car, but that pales in comparison to the violent death D'Andre was subjected to. The most upsetting thing is that there's at least one person out there who knows the person that did this, and won't come forward.

Thanks guys. Latest news is that the police have a lead on the driver. We've been on stand-by since.

Wow man I'm really sorry to hear this.

It wouldn't surprise me if the cops don't tell you guys who it is until they have them in custody just to keep them under more or less "protective custody".
After something like that, its not unusual for someone to retaliate. Personally, I have no problem with that retaliation, just saying.

Where did this all take place?

I was just thinking, "it sounds like it's time for a pillowcase party for the douche that runs over and kills a 6 year old and flees the scene."

I'd break his kneecaps with a crowbar in the middle of Times Square and put a sign on him that said what he did, but that's just me.

Ace, you have no idea the things that I thought should be done when the person is caught. I had to let them go.

Also, it turned out the supposed lead the cops had was all kinds of wrong aside from the color of the car. Now they supposedly have a correct lead on the car, but the footage is so blurry and under-pixeled, I don't know how they even confirmed the model of the car. The sad thing is that when you run a stoplight equipped with cameras to give you tickets, the footage is so clear and nice. The driver did in fact pass through an intersection with one of those cameras, but somehow the video isn't as nice.

Anyways, the funeral is on Saturday. I just want to thank everyone for your condolences. Not that I ever doubted, but instead, for the sake of utterance, you guys are really an awesome set of people.
