2 Exhaust cams

I have was wonding if i could use a 91-93 exhaust cam for a intake came in my 93 KA24DE. It has the same duration as the Altima intake cam. Cause i have 3 set's of 91-93 cams anyways. What kind of Hp gain am I looking at. 6hp at the crank??

One more thing. Does anyone know how much lbs you can safely mechine a stock KA24DE flywheel to? I was thinking about 16lbs before I drop my motor in with a new clutch just don't no what kind yet. Anyone's feed back on there experiances with a preformace clutch will be greatly apprechated.
