I have a 1993 NA 2+2.

According to my Nissan dealer, the recommended front brake pads for z32s are:

- D1060-30P90 (Vehicle Production Date: 08/1992-09/1993, 07/1992-09/1993), but these are NLA from Nissan.
- 41060-40P90 (Vehicle Production Date: 07/1989-04/1992), these are still available.

CZP sells the earlier part# 41060-30P90 for all z32s, and says that D1060 and 41060 are identical. The dealer says that the parts are different, and they won't warranty anything if i install the earlier ones...

WTF? Can anyone more knowledgeable chime in?
My front rotors are down to 28mm thickness, and the pedal pulsates during braking. They were already turned once by the previous owner. I want to stick to OEM everything.
Can i order the earlier part number? Is the braking going to be affected? What is the difference between the two?

Thanks,

Thank you, i am familiar with this website.
I already looked at it, and i even called them earlier.
They don't even carry Pads# D1060-30P90. Their website does not show real time parts' availability.
Anyone else?

I find this to be an odd question as I've never bought brake parts from a dealer...lol
