2 cylinders not firing???

Hi, I have a 1995 240sx se, Ive been trying to install my s14 sr20 for a long time now, Things just keep going wrong!! And Ive also done an auto to manual swap. I almost have my car running, Except the last two cylinders are not firing. The third cylinder has spark but does not fire and the fourth cylinder dosn't even have spark. We've tried almost everything like replacing the coil packs ignigter chip, ect...

If anybody has any suggestions it would be greatly appriciated because I am getting very unpatient and I am about to take my car down to the shop where I got my motor from.

I dont know if this will apply but it is food for thought. your engine is very similer to the old pulsar 18 engine. they used to have a real problem with their trig units going out. might wanna check your connector on that make sure it is on secure.
