I am looking at having 2 custom 12" sub boxes made to fit in the rear corners of the 07 M35 next to the tail lights in the trunk so that i can still have my access from the back seat. Or should I go with a single 12" Bass tube type placed in the trunk right behind the seats? looking for the best way to keep as much trunk space while satisfying my Bass crave. Dont get me wrong I'm not gonna be bumping it up all over town I just need to feel it when Im listening to my music at low or high volume.

Or should I just give up on that back seat access and get one custom Dual 12" box made to fit right behind the seats?? I have just gotten used to having 2 12"s in my trunk since i was 17 and i like the extra bass

I can't see the tube in there if you are trying to keep the backseat opening available.

As far as the boxes where you are saying, it seems like you would be losing quite a bit of sound since the speakers would be facing the sides of the car, unless you could angle them forward a lot. You could get a small box where you face the speakers towards each other but make them out of phase from each other. I can't remember the name for that type of box, but you should be able to get the air space you need for the speakers to sound good that way.
