Hell, give a yelp or Google review and put that service advisor on blast, because I would not want to end up with a character like them.datechboss101 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 27, 2018 3:44 pmGot the entire windshield replaced by Nissan... And that service advisor I had gave me an attitude.
Here is something that the SA made me piss off to hell... He was forcing me to buy a bunch of repairs (Brake Fluid Flush, front wipers, EAF, and brake pads) and told me that I should give a 10 out of 10 rating for his stupid service. Clearly, he said he wanted me out of there multiple times, which I can't tolerate it. I thought I get the guy I usually get at the dealer, but I had to get him. Clearly, he was trying to push me to get my bill to cost more than $300.00 and red flags were shooting up. Plus, I had to tell the tech to drive the car to the body shop because the SA was so rude and disrespectful to a customer. If Nissan USA didn't have a crappy PR and C.S., I'd report this SA to them, like I did with this one SA at Honda. The Nissan employees at the body shop were nice and the body shop manager was nice enough to move a Sentra that was blocking my Rogue and moved my Rogue to a parking spot.casperfun wrote: ↑Tue Mar 27, 2018 8:01 pmHell, give a yelp or Google review and put that service advisor on blast, because I would not want to end up with a character like them.datechboss101 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 27, 2018 3:44 pmGot the entire windshield replaced by Nissan... They do work for the public.
It will continue unless they put in check.
If it's true, it happened.
If not this route, go to surveys or opinion boxes that dealers have or their website allows you to voice your grievances.
Definite pet peeve is workers with attitudes.
If people hate their job, then quit instead of taking it out on customers.
Customers are always right is good business.
