2.75 or 3" inlet?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I'm purchasing a t3/t04e super series.

I can get it with a 2.75 or 3" inlet. Which would you recommend and what are the pro's and con's to each?

Probably won't make much of a difference. Perhaps match it to the pipe size you are going to use. And if you have the option, I'd probably try to maintain the same iner diameter even through the MAF if possible.
