Today, I started my car and felt a little sluggish at first, was in first gear and right when it hit about 2.5k rpm, it started jerking really hard and would not get past 2.5. Shifted into 2nd, same thing at the same RPM.

I pulled over, put it in nuetral, same thing. Sounded like the car was choking. Turned off the car, then right back on and everything was fine.

What could have been wrong? I only have 600 miles on this *****.

did you start the car and automatically throw it in gear? because my car did that a few times after just putting it in D right away...

Come to think of it, I think as soon as I turned it on, I threw it in first gear.
