2.5s Coupe 2010 Altima headlights

So I bought my nissan altima and the headlights and tail lights were already tinted, been trying to upgrade my lights so i can see on low beam at night i am not too entirely sure it is the tint or if it is the light i usually have to drive with high beams on to see i took some pics but if you need better ones i can take more here. I just took out the original halogens and put these in
Philips H11 CrystalVision Ultra

any recommendations
