Hey guys. I ordered the intake for the 6 speed 2.5s. Ya.. I know.. it shouldn't fit but I figured I might as well try. Keep you guys posted because I'm installing it satruday afternoon. Let's see what happens.

I'm sure as long as the bends of the pipe allow for the intake to lay in correctly, i'm sure securing and mounting will be the least of the problems. It may take a little engineering on the end users part.

Ya. I really don't see it beinga problem with the mounting. If I do i'll post pictures and show what I did.

This is what you have to do. I'll put up pics when it's not so damn cold. But the step where you mount the intake. You will CLEARLY see that there is a hook type thing where the brass vibramount is and theres no way it will fit. Take out the screw that came with the car and use one that is about half an inch longer. That will give u space to mount the intake. I put a piece of rubber to hold the intake in palce. Then I continued with the regular steps. Ill post pictures soo.

Bump for pics, just bought a 2.5s MT coupe. Lookin to see if any of the other intakes mount well or if the injen with extended screw is only option.

Ur going to have to use a longer screw. That's all u can possibly do. If u want pics ill go take some..

yes the fujita mounts perfectly on the 2.5S with Manual transmission

i have it on mine and i got the longer screw, it works greatyou'll have to trim the foam around where it will go but after that its fine
