so i'm building all of my intercooler piping myself, and was planning on making the hotpipe as well... only thing is the piping i have to make it with is 2.5"...this may be a stupid question but is this too big? like does this affect backpressure at all? does it need backpressure? also when mating up with the turbo, it needs to be reduced to 2", correct?

also my intercooler has 3" inlets/outlets and i am running 3" - 2.5" reducers to fit the 2.5" piping, this is ok right?
