Does a vendor here sell a mandrel-bent, catless 2.5" header-back exhaust? No muffler, essentially a long 2.5" pipe.

For a 1990 240.

???

i think you are stuck buying the pipe in mandrel bent sections. prolly have to go to a shop to get them to make it for you.

Almost done with our S13 jig. If you're not in a hurry, we should have it done soon.

Sure thing. You mind sending me an email as a reminder?

So you want an off-road pipe (eliminates the cat) and a catback with no muffler? Should be able to do that.

wcb - Question for you: Does the 240 have a flanged cat con or is it welded in line (anyone else feel free to reply as well).

I don't have test pipes for the S13/S14, but I will make them IF they're factory flanged and someone can send me one from an S13 and an S14.

I can't tell about others, but my header back is one long welded piece (of crap).

AZ, I thought you were making a single piece from header back, i.e. no cat. Maybe a couple of flanges for easy moving and shipping.

We already have the catback, and I can do that w/no muffler no problem. I just need a test pipe now and I'll have everything you're looking for.

Hey hitman. What is our member's price for s13 catback w/ flanged cat connection? I also need a new cat. 2.5 inch is fine for N/A and turbo alike, right? Just checking cause my headers came in today and im looking for adaptable exhaust in case i go turbo or something.

2BN - The aluminized 2.5 system is $330.

High flow cat is $100, add $50 if you want it flanged on both ends.

2.5 is fine for a mild turbo setup, and, although some will argue, is good up to around 300hp.
