So on my drive to work this morning, I pulled up to a light and came to a stop... That's when it happened...
My AC stalled on me... Thing is, it's a CVT Trans. I threw it in Neutral and it fired but up, but was running rough... The car started shaking violently until the light changed. As I accelerated away from the light, you could feel an odd vibration in the car, and when I came to a stop again, it began to shake once more.

Drove it to the dealership and finally got a call back from them.. They said it's now running fine, and they were unable to diagnose any issues. They test drove it and the mechanic said it's running fine. The guy in service cautioned me, saying he thinks it may be an ignition coil that caused it to choke out, but advised that I just drive it for now, and if anything happens to just come back to them... I'm at about 98,500km.. wondering if he's maybe hiding something hoping the car holds until any 100,000km warranty expires?

Anyway, anyone had this issue before? Any known causes?

thats an odd thing to happen. i wouldn't worry about the warranty because it wouldn't make sense for them to do that since nissan pays them to fix your car through warranty, either way they're getting money, unless theyre douchebags and rather take money from customers over nissan.
