2.4Z D21 Truck problem

I have an 87 Nissan PU with Z24 engine. When I start out or shift into next gear, I get a bad hesitation, and then moves on fine.Also when going down the road at a steady speed, with the throtle held in certain position, it spit and sputters as it goes, but when I push on down with the gas its fine. I have replaced/checked everything I can think of. New wires, plugs, fuel filter, dist cap and button. I have checked EGR valve and taken apart and cleaned TPS. I have checked for vacuum leaks also. Help !

swap the coils and see if there is a change in the symptoms. You may have a bad coil.
