How practical and does anyone have any examples of an aftermarket single turbo install done to a 2+2 normally aspirated 300zx?

Does it even make sense to do this or is it better to do the TT engine swap into the 2+2. I haven't yet bought a 300z but have two kids and am leaning strongly towards the back seat for some small passengers in a pinch

I'd like to make 350 to 375 hp at the motor. Seems like two new turbos for one of the TT motors gets expensive. Whats the best way to go?

Thanks for any advice.

The only issue with a single turbo setup is that you have 2 throttle bodies. Its hard to make it work w/o botching it. In the long run it would be cheaper to buy a 2 seater TT. I know you dont want to hear that, but its the truth. Your other option is a TT swap into the 2+2.

yea, there is also the little problem of compression. The pistons need to be changed due to the amount of boost. No matter where or what you do with a turbo on the NA 300
