2+2 rear speaker box removal

Hello all,

I'm trying to remove the rear speaker boxes on my 2+2. I've found some really good photos and tips for the 2+0, but I'm having trouble with a clip by the rear seat. The clip is holding down the trim piece around the box. It bends around and goes under the side panel. It also looks like its riveted on the side.Not sure if I have to remove the whole side panel and seat or what. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, you pretty much have to disassemble the entire interior of the 2+2 to get anything done in the back. Seat should come out pretty easy though. Mine did anyways.
