Don't know about 2+2's, but my friend had an 88 turbo and ran low 13's. Don't know what he had done to it, but the car was in mint shape. White special edition one.

Turbos are slow and non turbos are even slower. I'm not positive, but turbos would be around 15s, and non's 16s.

Yeah don't get me wrong, the turbo ones get real fast, real quick. I had a turbo, stock, and it was really quick but nothing amazing, but intake, exhaust, boost controller and intercooler, watch out.

I miss my turbo, I really want another one.

I own a 300zx 2+2, and let me tell you a little bit about the car, before you totally blast it. The turbo ran 0-60 in about 5.5 sec the nonturbo about 7 secs. 1/4 miles for the tt in the mid to high 13s the non-turbo is in the mid 15s. The best thing about the car is that it is an attention getter, I've had people mistake it for a ferrari and for a delorean(my car is silver). The tt stock is 300 hp and the non tubo is 222hp If you really want to get to know the car check out zhistory.com and sgpracing.com The first site will tell you everything from the hp rating to the reason we call it Fairlady. The second is the website for houston based Race shop Speed Gear Performance. They speacialize in the Z32. They also have the fastest street legal TT in the states(10.36@146mph) and the fastest nonturbo Z in the states (12.42@112 mph) They have all the stages and can answer any technical question about the Z in the world. The only downside to the Z is the weight(3400 lbs) and the fact that it is expensive to work on (SGP will do an engine swap to turbo charge your non-turbo for 10,500 dollars) Trust me it is cheaper to sell you non-turbo and buy a tt. Initially it is pretty cheap to pull massive hp out of the Z.... For about 3500 dollars you can pull about 435 hp(Intake, exhaust, ecu, boost controller, down pipes, clutch, flywheel)If you have any questions feel free to email me.

Uh....we weren't bashing the Z32. The discussion was on the Z31 :) And we weren't bashing that either. The fact is, in stock form, they weren't all *that* quick.
