It would be possible, but would likely require a good amount of work. It would be easier if you're willing to remove the spare and foam around it. Either way, you will consume a great deal of trunk space with 2 12s. Because of that, I would recommend going with a fiberglass enclosure to minimize the amount of trunk space you will use (while still providing ample volume for the subs).

You could do 2 12's sealed, but like the guy above said, you wont have much trunk left. But if you want to go ported then forget it. I could only come up with about 3 cubic feet ported, and most dual 12's need 4-5 cuft. I was heart-broken when i found out i couldn't fit my 12's in there

even with a standard box rectangular box you can fit them facing up but in the front part of your trunk(not under the 6x9's)

if you remove the spare then you definitely open up some room and can fit a custom box with 2 12's

Wouldn't you gain the cubic ft needed if you mounted the subs facing the rear seats, essentially using the whole trunk as an enclosure? Just a thought..I don't do this for a livin..

yeah that would help partially but then you still have the issue of taking up a lot of trunk space(if thats an issue for you) and that hes trying to fit 2 12"s and no matter how you face them there isnt 12" between the false floor and the 6x9s meaning you would need to do some modification if you wanna do that

there is 12 in...... so if they are angled even slightly they will fit.

i mean it is possible but then you have to factor in the box so lets say the subs are 12" then with the box it would probably be close to 14" i dont wanna do the math to figure out how much they have to be angled to make it work
