2.0 Sentra idle problem

So I have just bought a 2000 sentra 2.0l auto. That did not start. Got it home and got it running. Iac trouble code popped on Thought no big deal.. Replaced iac. Now car surges idle between 1200 1600 (could have a been a preexisting problem)when you drive it ,its fine. I can not find any vacuum leaks. moved tps around it changes problem but does not help. Out of the 6 wires going to the tps wasn't sure which one to check voltage at. scan tool say tps duty cycle is 7% Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks
