1st s13 swap and haven slight prob.

now before you think im someone that just post things without looking or searching i have and havent found anything....

so i baught a s13 motor from jdm-online.com. then i got the harness done from heavythrottle.com now the motor is in and the harness is all hooked up. tried to start it and it turned over but wouldnt start. so check over the spark issue and only the fourth cylender was fireing. but each wire has voltege flowing threw it. so i herd it could either be the CAS, egniter chip, or the ECU. but how do i check to see if either one is bad without haven to buy a new one, or if anyone else thinks it could be something else could you please let me know. thanks
