***1st MEGA MEET FOR 2010 IN NY! 4.17.10 NYC!***This is on several NY area forums, expect a lot of maximas, G35/37s and others...

If your car is stock, and I've said this before, it doesn't matter, please come out and meet the community. This community isn't just about cars but the friendships, learning and camaraderie. No one will laugh at your car. The majority here have been around here too long for that.

So put away the keyboard for a few hours, turn off the PC and get out here.

Caravans:If anyone is willing to do caravans please post your interest here, and ill create lists.

Rules:

1. Do not speed, race, or PEEL OUT in this parking lot. Do not enter the parking lot or the mall area at a high rate of speed. I will ask you to stop if you are doing this.

2. Do not BUMP your system coming into the mall or parking lot. If you want to show off your system, you can do so at an acceptable volume. Keep the subs at a minimum. If your system is too loud, I will give you a reminder to keep it down.

3. Do not REV motors to show off exhausts or intakes incessantly. We're trying to keep the noise to a minimum. A few blips of the throttle, that's fine.

4. Respect the public & of course other members.

5. No Public drinking *beer & liquor* in the parking lot or smoking weed. Yes I've seen it happen, and NO this isnt allowed.

6. There will be photographers. If you want pics of your car done, just ask one them. They might be taking panaroma shots and your car might not be clearly pictured due to the length of the lot. Please do not complain, afterwards that no one got shots of your car, because you couldn't approach one of them.

AGAIN guys, if you start horsing around, cops WILL roll in, and they WILL block the exits... Expect multiple equipment citations if you start acting like an idiot

LBC - can u update this list please?? Not sure how nico works but everytime there's a big meet there's only 5-6 people that reply in the thread but somehow at least 20 names on the list AND they all do show up lol.

i dont know about that? nyc is 15 min from my house. I live near route 1 and 9 so its easy to hit the lincoln tunnel i wouldnt be near staten island for a stop? but a caravans cool i dont mind it if there are enough cars

i would like to do caravans i live 15 min away from NYC. i normally take the 87 to get to Manhattan. but ill keep an eye on this post to see if there are going to be caravans where they are going to be.

I might be interested. I'll try and convince the missus to give up her Sunday afternoon, too. Two weeks should be plenty of notice. I also could be in for a (short) caravan. I'd be starting from Garden City (Nassau County), but I don't know where we'd meet up.

Edit/Update: She's in + 2 more (hooray for a backseat!). Questions about fooding remain. BBQ? Food Court? BBQ in the Food Court?
