1st Gen Q45 production numbers by model

Is there a listing somewhere with production numbers by model number (i.e Q45t, Q45a) as well as exterior/interior color combos. I've found the yearly build numbers by Q45 Tech but am curious about the numbers of each model sold per year. Which year did they stop making the HICAS and Active Suspension. Were these ever offered together as an option? I've always been able to find this info for other cars I've owned but have come up bust on Infiniti.

HICAS was last produced on '94 Q45t. I think '95 was last year for active susp model?? Never produced together (probably not possible).
