1st gen catback on a 2nd gen Altima?

Hey guys! I own a 1999 Nissan Altima. I have been searching for a catback for the 2nd gen but no one seemingly makes one. My question is if a first gen catback will fit a second gen.

Has anyone done this? Is it a pefect fit, or can it fit with some custom extending? Bottom line, has anyone done this/is it possible? I want to know before I invest and buy a whole catback system. Any input or info would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.- If a first gen catback will work, anyone have a first gen Altima Stillen catback for sale?
