It's been 1 year since i got my baby...cant believe its been 1 whole year! :D

2010 with 5 miles(when purchased), now its got a little over 10K! Purchased completely stock, since then I've tinted the windows, debadged, painted emblems black, purchased '09 SL alloys, new tires, and OEM mudflaps.

I'll admit that I got her because I was looking for something newer and reliable, she's grown in me though. She's my DD so I want to keep her as clean as possible.

After a couple weeks of purchase:

Thanks. Maybe Wal-Mart fogs, not sure though. Right now Im focused on removing the paint off the "lips" or painting them...I want them to match the sideskirts like S and SL models.

Thanks, and yes they were...I love them, same with the new tires(wider).

What part of the state are you from?

Looks good! Can I ask where you go the alloys and what the cost was? I wouldn't mind changing my clip on covers for actual alloys.

Thanks, and my brother's old father in law has an '09 SL hatch and upgraded to aftermarket wheels so I got the SLs for $180. They came with 185-65-15 tires and I wanted wider tires so I got 205-60-15s!

Thanks for the info.. I'll have to keep an eye out see if I can find someone looking to get rid of their original wheels or maybe visit a junk yard. Good choice on the wider tires, I wouldn't mind doing the same. The stock seem thin.. i like the idea of some extra rubber making contact with the ground.

I agree. No more curb rash for my SLs.
