Just got a my 92' 240 back from an SR20 swap. Everything went great with the swap and it looks realy clean. All was good for a bit, then I noticed my clutch pedal was lower then I like. I adjusted it up a little until I was comfortable with it(its not too high, and it has factory spec clutch pedal play). The clutch is a stock sr clutch, not sure if it was what came on the clip. When I engage into 1st gear my cars transmission/clutch make a very loud noise, as if when something is spinning and rubs every rotation.

I already know the throwout bearing is making a noise as well, but this sound when in gear and driving I've never heard before. My guess is the flywheel is not flush to the clutch, or flywheel needs a resurface.

Any thoughts? If its just my clutch and flywheel thats cool I'm replacing them next month. If my transmission is bad...that can't be good.

(I've searched and only find sounds on the pilot and throwout bearing, Need info)

The pilot bushing is normally the cause. If it looks mchined it will cause the noise,if it appears pressed together out of particles its the updated type and shouldn't make noise.
